If you take a coach tour you will not get to see any of this breathtaking scenery which is why a private tour is so much better. The roads tend to be narrow here which makes it unsuitable for coaches. Let us worry about the roads while you relax and take in the scenery and the stories told by your professional driver/guide.
Our itinerary is as follows;
Depart Killarney towards Killorglin and follow the Wild Atlantic Way to Cahirciveen. Optional stop en route for coffee and/or sheep trials.
Visit Ballycarbery castle ruin and Cahergall fairy fort
Take car ferry to Valentia Island. (we can drive there if you prefer)
Stop at tetrapod trackway and Valentia Slate Quarry for photographs
Lunch at Portmagee.
Continue to Kerry cliffs (optional walk)
Visit to skellig chocolate factory (optional)
Continue towards Waterville, Coomakista, Cahirdaniel and Sneem. From Sneem, take the mountain road to Molls Gap and descend to Killarney National Park. Stop and visit Torc Waterfall.
